The Toyota Way – 14 Principles of Lean Management.

 

#1 – “Base your management decisions on a long-term philosophy, even at the expense of short-term financial goals.” 단기적인 재무목표를 희생하더라도 장기적 철학에 근거하여 경영결정을 내려라

#2 – “Create a continuous process flow to bring problems to the surface.” 연속적인 공정 흐름을 만들어 문제를 평면화 한다.

#3 – “Use ‘pull’ systems to avoid overproduction.” 과잉생산을 피하기 위해 "Pull" 시스템을 사용한다.

#4 – “Level out the workload (work like the tortoise, not the hare).” 작업량을 수평으로 맞춰라

#5 – “Build a culture of stopping to fix problems, to get the quality right the first time.” 우선 올바른 품질을 위해서, 문제를 해결하기 위해 멈추는 문화를 구축하라.

#8 – “Use only reliable, thoroughly tested technology that serves your people and process.” 인력과 프로세스를 지원하는 신뢰할 수 있고 철저하게 테스트된 기술만을 사용하십시오.

#9 – “Grow leaders who thoroughly understand the work, live the philosophy, and teach it to others.”   일을 철저히 이해하고 철학을 실천하며 다른 사람에게 가르치는 리더를 키워라

#10 – “Develop exceptional people and teams who follow your company’s philosophy.” 회사 철학을 따르는 뛰어난 사람들과 팀을 개발하라.

#11 – “Respect your extended network of partners and suppliers by challenging them and helping them improve.”  파트너 및 공급업체에 도전하고 개선을 지원함으로써 파트너 및 공급업체의 확장된 네트워크를 존중하라.
